Description
The Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration Academy (FAAA) Training Team (AMA 260) has a requirement for Lear 60 Initial, Recurrent, and Supplemental Out-of-agency Pilot Qualification Training. The FAA anticipates award of an Indefinite Delivery/Requirements contract with firm-fixed pricing for the base year and two (2) one-year options. The estimated annual requirement is 1 initial, and 1 recurrrent with supplemental training on an "as needed' basis. All interested sources should first attempt to download the Screening Information Request (SIR), Request for Offer (RFO) from the Internet. If downloading is not possible your request for SIR copies should be submitted in writing either via facsimilie (405) 954-3030 or by e-mail to Avis.Franklin@faa.gov. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered by the Agency. All requests should be submitted to the attention of Avis Franklin and reference SIR: DTFAAC- 03-18658. This notice is for information purposes for Minority, Women-owned and disadvantaged Business Enterprises: The Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization, as a program to assist small businesses, small businesses owned and controlled by a socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, and women owned concerns to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation-related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $750,000.
