Description
The Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration Academy (FAAA) Training Team (AMA 260) has a requirement for Lear 23/24/25 Initial, Recurrent, and Supplemental Out-of Agency Pilot Qualification Training. The FAA anticipates award of an Indefinite Delivery/Requirements contract with firm-fixed pricing for the base year and two (2) one-year options. The estimated annual requirement is 2 Initital and 2 recurrent with supplemental trining on an "as needed" Basis. All interested sources should first attempt to download the Screening Information Request (SIR), Request for Offer (RFO) from the Internet. If downloading is not possible your request for SIR copies sould be submitted in writing either via facsimile (405) 954-3030 or by e-maiil Avis.Franklin@faa.gov. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered by the Agency. All requests should be submitted to the attention of Avis Franklin, and reference SIR: DTFAAC-03-R-18674. This notice is for informational purposes for Minority, Women-owned and disadvantaged business enterprises: DOT, Office of Small and DIsadvantage Business Utilization (SADBU), has a program to assist small businesses, small businesses owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, and women-owned concerns to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financcing. The maximum line of credit is $750,000.
