- The purpose of this modification is to provide clarification to this Request for Information (RFI). This RFI is being submitted for any and all educated and experienced vendors who are capable of providing advice, strategies and development proposals to assist us in creating our next statement of work for the Phase II development of Ask ED. We are looking for industry input -- NOT statement of work development. All those that providing responses will still be eligible to apply once the actual procurement is posted for competition.
