- THIS IS A MODIFICATION TO PR #: LTC03234014157, NSN 6680-00-507-9992, Shaft Assembly, Flexible. RFP #: SP0440-04-R-0054. Buyer Nina Payne/804-279-5772. Contracting Officer: Jan H. Matthews/804-279-5893. Issue Date: November 17, 2003, Closing Date: December 17, 2003. Subject procurement is an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a Base Year and four (4) Option Years. The subject RFP Estimated Annual Quantity for the Base Year is 1534 each and the Estimated Annual Quantity for each Option Year is 1224 each. Subject item is non-commercial. First Article Test applies to this procurement. (contractor) The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is 54 days ARO. Subject item is fully in accordance with a military/federal specifications/standards and or voluntary industry standard. SPEC MIL-PRF-10215J.
