- Description
- This solicitation covers an unrestricted acquisition of Hoods, CVC, Balaclava. NSN 8415-01-111-1159. The base year is for min 25,000/max 40,000. Three mandatory one-year term options will be required, each with min 25,000/max 40,000. MIL-H-442265A dated 5 February 1990 and pattern dated 3 February 1987. Production lead-time is 180 days, with 4 monthly deliveries to New Cumberland, PA and San Joaquin, CA, FOB Destination. Best Value procedures will be used. Evaluation factors are Product Demonstration Model, Experience/Past Performance, Socioeconomic Plan, DLA Mentoring Plan, and JWOD Plan.
