Being bought in accordance to Drawing Number (19207) 12273156 and all related data. Required delivery 150 days with FOB Destination. This item requires a First Article Test. Test requirements are 2 test units within 90 days. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of December 2, 2003. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. This procurement is an unrestricted purchase. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS or SRweb solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. The proposed procurement contains a 100% option to be extended at the discretion of the government. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
