- nsn 4720-00-053-4577; Hose, Nonmetallic 2-3/8 inches by 93 feet long; Durodyne Inc. (62913) p/n 631023AA1116, Sargent Fletcher Inc. (72429) p/n 128B5030-11; Deliver 14 pieces to the depot at San Diego CA, 13 pieces to the depot at New Cumberland PA; 41 pieces to the depot at Tracy CA; Inspection/Acceptance at origin and i/a/w "tailored" ISO 9002; F.O.B. Destination; This solicitation will be available on its issue date of 19, November, 2003 at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp; Requests for hard copies of this solicitation will not be accepted; Specifications, plans or drawingss are not available; This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestricted technical data. Therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with approved sources under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1) - approved sourcers are those cited above; Automated Best Value System (ABVS) will be used as an evaluation factor; A 100% option is included in the solicitration; This is an unrestricted acquisition.
