- Description
- The Defense Information Technology Contacting Officer, Information Technology Division (AQSS32), Scott AFB, IL, intends to issue a firm-fixed price contract for a 2-month period for the purchase of Audiovisual Equipment, assemble, install, test, and train. This is a small business for NAICS: 334310, to be performed at DECC Mechanicsburg, Attn: Len Fletcher 717-605-8546, Bldg. 308 North End, 5450 Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050-0975. Award will be made on the contractor with lowest overall price that meets the Government's technical needs. Required Delivery Date is 30 Days after award for all equipment, sooner if possible. Equipment is scheduled to be installed for weekday hours, 8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday - Friday. All work shall be completed by NLT 19 Dec 2003. The Contractor shall provide all equipment, qualified personnel, labor, supervision, management, and materials to provide Audio Visual Equipment, installation, assemble, test, and train so as to achieve a professional appearance and complete performance. Audio Visual Equipment consisting of approximately 70 components to be purchased, assembled, installed and tested to insure equipment is operational in the updated DECC Mechanicsburg Conference Room. This equipment is to be warranted for one year from the date of operation, along with a one-year warranty on labor. A 2-hour response time for any equipment operational problem during the warrantee period is needed. Once complete, the equipment is to be operational and capable of performance.
