Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information to included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is HSBP1104q1105. This solicitation is being issued as a request for quote. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses and are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-16. This requirement is solicted as non-restricted. The NAICS code is 11120 with a size standard of 21.0 million. Contractor's are still required to identify their company's business size even though unrestricted. Clin 0001: Full Service Maintenance for a Canon Model CLC5000, S/n nsx01703. 12 Months x $----- = total for the year. Full Service Maintenance shall include all parts, labor, travel, service for the copier and all accessories including the colorpass 5000. Anticipated usage is 60,000 plus copies per month. Contractors shall provide a price quote that includes at least 60,000 copies per month. Clin 0002: Excess color copies over 60,001. Estimated 200,400 copies for the year in excess copies. Deliver To: Customs and Border Protection, 1300 Pennsylvania Ave, Washington, DC 20229. Period of performance: anticipated to be one year. Provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial is applicable to this requirement. Award will be made to the technically acceptable, lowest priced quote from a responsible/responsive contractor. 52.212-3: Offeror Representations and Certifications --Commercial Items should be submitted with the Contractor's responses/quote. 52.212-4: Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition with the following addendum: 52.232-33- Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer--Central Contractor Registration. 52.212-5: Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items (Oct 2003). is applicable to this requirement with the following addendum: 52.222-21, Prohibition of Segregated Facilities (FEB 1999, 52.222-26, Equal Opportunity (APR 2002)(E.O. 11246)., 52-222-35, Equal Opportunity for Special Disabled Veterans, Veterans of the Vietnam Era, and other Eligible Veterans (Dec 2001)(38 U.S.C. 4212); 52.222-36: Affirmative Action for Workers with Disabilities (Jun 1998) (29 U.S.C. 793). 52.225-1: Buy American Act Supplies (Jun 2003) (41 U.S.C. 10a-10d).52.225-13: Restrictions on Certain Foreign Purchases (Oct 2003), 52.225-16: Sanctioned European Union Country End Products (FEB 2000) (E.O. 12849). 52.232-29: Terms of Financing of Purchases of Commercial Items (FEB 2002) (41 U.S.C> 255(f), 10 U.S.C. 2307(f)., 52.232-33 Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer-Central Contractor Registration (Oct 2003) (31 U.S.C. 3332).
