- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center has a requirement for production of Continuous Wave Illuminator Traveling Wave Tubes (CWI TWT?s) manufactured by Communications & Power Industries (CPI). This solicitation is issued utilizing other than full and open competition procedures under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), only one source and no other supplies or sevices will satisfy the agency requirements. Offer will be solicited from Communications & Power Industries 611 Hansen Way, Palo Alto, CA 94303 in accordance with NAVSEA Drawing 53711-6155775 and WS 33400 and NSWC Crane Statement Of Work. This requirement is anticipated to result in an indefinite quantity, indefinite delivery, firm-fixed price type of contract for a period of five years.. CLIN 0001, Production of Continuous Wave Illuminator Traveling Wave Tubes, Qty Min/19 Each Max/22 5 Each. CLIN 0002, 1 LOT, GFE Maintenance and Upgrade of the furnished test equipment. Data in accordance with Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRL?s). Inspection and Acceptance shall be FOB Destination NAVSURFWARCENDIV Crane, IN.
