No telephone request will be accepted. NSN: 5640-01-095-7495; 1,000 each, PRON AX4F0004, APN: 70500-03050-050, applicable to the (BE) UH-60. Required delivery with First Article (FA) is 300 each 428 Days After Contract A ward. Required delivery without First Article (FA) is 300 each 285 Days After Contract Award. Required delivery with Alternate II is 300 each 356 Days After Contract Award. Deliveries are F.O.B. origin to Texarkana, Texas. The proposed contract listed herein is 100% set aside for small business. Offerors are not solicited from other than small business concerns. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufac turing restrictions. THIS ACQUISITON CONTAINS DATA WHICH IS CONSIDERED CRITICAL TECHNOLOGY AND HAS BEEN RESTRICTED FOR RELEASE OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNME NT. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. By U.S. law, participation in Small Business Set-Asides are restricted to U.S. Small Businesses, therefore, foreign requests for this solicit ation will not be honored.
