- NA NSN: 8960-01-368-7383, Bottled Water. The item to be procured is bottled water packed 12-1 liter bottles to a case, bottles must be packed in boxes. Shrink-wrap cases are not allowed. See solicitation for packaging requirements. Estimated quantity is 8 ,334 cases. FOB: Destination to Herlong, California. Delivery will be required within 1 week of award. THIS SCHEDULE IS NOT FLEXIBLE. Anticipated award date is 12 November 2003. This solicitation is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS applicabl e to this action is 424490 and the related small business size standard is 500 employees. Estimated solicitation date is October 30, 2003. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing this website or https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/solicitation_search_form.cfm. This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any a mendments thereto; as a result, the government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list.
