Description

NA This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, is hereby amended to reflect the following changes: (1) Set-Aside C ode is changed from Full and Open Competition to 100% Small Business Set-Aside; (2) The equipment listed as being located at Ft Polk and Ft Lewis are located at TRAC located at WSMR, NM; (3) Paragraph 3.11, Government Furnished Facilities and Utilities, is hereby changed to read: A Government Furnished Facility and Utility at TRAC located at WSMR, NM will be provided; (4) The correct website to obtain the synopsis/solicitation should read: http://www.wsmr.army.mil/docpage/pages/sol_stat.htm and the website for the Representation and Certifications should read: http://www.wsmr.army.mil/docpage/Forms/Proposal_Summary.doc; and (5) Response Time is hereby extended no later than 4:00 PM MST, 06 November 2003. See note 1.
