Description: Altus AFB OK is seeking sources capable of removing excess rubber from base runways and an offsite runway. Performance will be a one year basic period with four possible option years. The contractor will be required to test monthly to determine amount of rubber build up. This info will be used to determine removal schedule. Rubber removal is to be done by chemical method. Once a year, rubber is to be removed by water blasting and repainting of the airfield with glass beads.
