- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The contractor will provide, 3ft 4in LS PVC 90deg elbow w/36? radius Qty 72 Ea, 4 PVC DWV 45deg ELL qty 25 Ea, 4 PVC DWV 30deg ELL qty 25 Ea, 4 x 20 ft PVC 4? Schedule 80 PIPE qty 26000 Ft, This is a request for quotation (RFQ) # F38601-03-QS034. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-15. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 421720. Only faxed or e-mailed quotations will be accepted. Submissions must include a completed copy of the business name, address, cage code, DUNS number, and telephone number with its offer. In addition, the following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial; FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation Commercial Items (Price and Delivery); FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; and FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. Award will be made to the quotation, which offers the best value to the government based on an integrated assessment of price and delivery time.
