- Description
- The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting quotations to furnish the necessary labor, supervision, materials, equipment and supplies necessary to provide security guard services at the Department of Veterans Affairs Information Technology Center, Building 215, Hines, IL. Anticipated period of performance is January 1, 2004 through December 31, 2004 with four (4), one-year option renewal periods, at the Government?s discretion. Contract type is firm-fixed price. This is a total 100% small business set-aide and offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. Anticipated award effective date is January 1, 2004. Electronic version and hard copy of solicitation will be available on or about October 30, 2003. NAICS number is 561612. Size standard is $10.5 million. Electronic solicitation may be obtained FREE at the following URL: http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov/solicitation. Requests for hard copy solicitation must be in writing to the GLAC Contact Point and accompanied by a check for $5.00 made out to the Department of Veterans Affairs. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
