Description

The work involves replacing the old fire alarm system panels (including rechargeable backup battery), devices and wiring. Ensure that the system is correctly connected for zoned Class A operation. Building #1 (Adminstration) - (1) addressable fire alarm control panel with battery back-up, (1) LCD annunciator, (8) manual pull stations, (10) smoke detectors, (2) heat detectors, and (8) horn/strobe devices. Building #2 (Cafeteria/Culinary Art) - (1) addressable fire alarm control panel with battery back-up, (1) LCD annunicator, (6) manual pull stations, (8) smoke detectors, (4) heat detectors, and (5) horn/strobe devices. Building #3 (Education) - (1) addressable fir alarm control panel with battery back-up, (1) LCD annunicator, (12) manual pull stations, (9) heat detectors, and (9)horn/strobe devices. Building #4 (Recreation) - (1) addressable fire alarm control panel with battery back-up, (2) manual pull stations, (1) smoke detector, (2) strobes, and (8) horn/strobe devices. All notification devices shall meet ADA compliances. Duct smoke detectors shall be installed per NFPA 72. Wiring shall be installed in Class A operation.
