- Description
- The Federal Medical Center, Fort Worth, Texas intends to make a single award to a contractor to provide laboratory information system maintenance services. The contractor will provide specialized services for software, support, hardware maintenance, and software licensing to meet the ever-changing requirements of the health service industry. The contractor must have the ability to provide this service on Laboratory Information System (LIS) equipment provided by the government. The contract price shall include all charges necessary for the complete maintenance of the LIS. Services are required to be provided in accordance with the Statement of Work. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price, definite-delivery contract which includes a base year from date of award thru September 30, 2004 with one, twelve month option for renewal at the unilateral discretion of the Government. Solicitations will be available on November 3, 2003. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered.
