- Description
- The Administration on Aging (AoA), an Operating Division of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, intends to perform a streamlined cost comparison study of its Executive Secretariat functions in Fiscal Year 2004, in accordance with the Revised OMB Circular A-76, effective, May 29, 2003. There are currently 2 FTEs performing the functions under study at AoA Headquarters in Washington, DC. The Competitive Sourcing Official Representative is Valerie Ramos and the Contracting Officer is Michele Trotter. The streamlined cost comparison study is expected to be completed within 90days of this announcement. This study may or may not result in a subsequent solicitation.
