Description
Draft fedbizopps Notice ? 04-R-0753 Solicitation for NSN 1680-00-621-1299/ LTC03254014453. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are available and can be furnished by the Government. DSCR does have an unrestricted technical data package for this NSN. To obtain a copy, submit request to DSCR via Internet, Internet address is: http://www.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd. This solicitation will result in an indefinite delivery contract with a base year and four option years. The ordering limitations for the base and option years are as follows: (B=Base Year, O=Option year) Guaranteed Buy Quantity: B=25, O=25 / Minimum Order Quantity: B=25, O=25 / Maximum Contract Quantity: B=191, O=200 / Estimated Annual Quantity: B=91, O=100. Government First Article Testing (FAT) will apply to the first delivery order issued against any resulting contract. The required delivery schedule is as follows: with First Article waived: 90 days ARO, with First Article required: 320 days ARO, Delivery of First Article Unit: 90 days ARO, Government Test & Evaluation: 140 days. The required delivery schedule is 90 days ARO for First Article delivery and 90 days AFAA for production units, FOB destination, Inspection/Acceptance Origin. ABVS applies, the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
