Description

Eight(8) NSNs relating to the A-10 Leading Edge Program. The NSNs are as follow: 1560-01-195-0501 (P/N 160J612505-13); -0502 (P/N 160J612505-12); -0503 (P/N 160J612505-11); -0504 (P/N 160J612505-14);-0505 )P/N 160J612505-17); -0506 P/N 160J612505-18); 194-5639 (P/N 160J612505-16) and -194-5640 (P/N 160J612505-15). Government First Article Test of 1 unit applies to each line item. Items are identified to OEM of Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation CAGE 26512. This solicitation will be 100% Small Business Set Aside. Approved Small Business Sources are: CPI Aerostructures CAGE 9U679; Cyclone Aviation Products CAGE S5503; Chem-Fab Corporation CAGE 3H339; Tens Machine Co. CAGE 8P689 and Aero Technologies CAGE 3W036. Solicitation to be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) to fulfill the Government?s requirement for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) consisting of a base plus four option years for the above referenced NSN(s). A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the Gateway homepage, select ?Search RFPs? from the left hand sidebar. Then choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in Portable Document Format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors. The solicitation issue date is 17 Nov 2003. Note: Alternate Offerors must provide a complete technical data package with their offer to be evaluated in accordance with Clause 52.217-9G04 (L58). DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package. Please do not submit request to DSCR-VABA.
