Description

*** THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE A TOTAL HUBZONE SET-ASIDE. *** SOURCES SOUGHT: Provide all labor, tools, materials, and equipment to remove surfacing and construct pavement at U.S. Coast Guard ISC St. Louis, MO. The work will be phased as follows: Phase 1, (1,481 Square Yards), Removal of aggregate surfacing for construction of buoy pens storage slab and construction of Portland cement concrete pavement (buoy pens storage slab.) This requires paving under the existing buoy storage racks; Phase 2, (2,507 Square Yards), Removal of aggregate surfacing for construction of parking slab and construction of Portland cement concrete pavement (parking slab) in back and side of Administration Building; Phase 3, (2,912 Square Yards), Removal of asphalt concrete pavement parking lot and construction of asphalt concrete pavement parking lot and associated pavement markings. Work is limited to the months of March through November when recorded monthly average temperatures are above 40 degrees F. Estimated construction price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. Performance period is 90 calendar days. Bid, payment and performance bonds are required. The applicable North American Industry Class System (NAICS) 2002 code is 238990. The small business size standard is a three-year averaged annual gross receipt of $12.0 million.
