- Requirement: The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of approximately 7,400 of rentable square feet of first class, high-quality office space. The rentable office space must yield a minimum 6,400 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet. Delineated Area: Offered properties must be located within the following delineated area in Lawrenceville, New Jersey. North: I-95 South: Nottingham Way East: I-295 West: Brunswick Ave. Lease Term: Ten (10) years with cancellation rights after the fifth (5th) full year of occupancy, commencing on or about May 19, 2004. Owners and Authorized Agents: Submissions by other than the owner of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.
