- Description
- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Philadelphia Detachment, Washington DC has a requirement in support of Commander, Naval Facilities Engineering Command for continued access to CQ.com (http://www.cq.com) -CQ?s legislative tracking and congressional news Web service. This requirement intends to be a sole-source procurement to Congressional Quarterly Inc, 1414 22CD Street NW, Washington, DC 20037. All technical documentation must be submitted in the English language. All interested parties must respond by 28 October 2003. To be considered, interested offerors must submit complete technical literature, by mail, describing their capability to comply with this requirement, as well as terms and conditions, and a complete price quote by the above deadline to Ronald JEAN-BAPTISTE at (202) 433-5389. No solicitation exists and requests for a copy of the solicitation will be ignored unless a solicitation is subsequently issued. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. Offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Register (CCR) prior to award. The CCR website can be accessed at http://www.ccr.dlsc.dla.mil. Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract, based upon response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. The contract shall be firm fixed price (FFP). See note 22.
