Description

NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are b eing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is W91CRB-04-T-0006. Requirement is for Power Supply, National Stock Number (NSN) 6130-01-443-5088, 6 each, for the Government of Kuwait. Offerors sha ll bid on the listed NSN. This is a Foreign military Sales Requirement, FMS Case KRT; Purchase Request BKU05V 32 90-Y001. Delivery terms are FOB destination to Sterling, Virginia. Note: Inspection and acceptance will be performed at source by cognizant DCMA prior to vendor shipping material to Sterling, Virginia. Offerors must provide a delivery schedule with their proposal. The following FAR and DFAR provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. The provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offero rs-Commercial Items. The provisions at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items. Offers will be evaluated based on price and delivery schedule. While price is more important than delivery, award will be made to the offeror that provides the best delivery s chedule for the best price. A completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certifications-Commercial Items, must be provided with offers. The clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items. The clause at 52.21 2-5, contract Terms and Conditions required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. Additional FAR clauses cited in this clause are applicable: (1) 52.222-21, Prohibition of Segregated Facilities; (2) 52.222-26, Equal Opportunity; (3) 52.222-35, Affirmative Action For Disabled Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnam Era, (4) 52.222-36, Affirmative Action For Workers with Disabilities; (5) 52.222-37, Employment Reports on Disabled Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnam Era; (6) 52.232-33, Pay ment by electronic funds Transfer-Central Contractor Registration.
