- Description
- This is a solicitation for a contractor to provide all labor, equipment, transportation, uniforms and materials necessary to officiate youth sporting events held at Bolling Air Force Base, fitness center facilities. All officials must be members of the National Association of Sports Officials (NASO) or of a state registered sports officials association for the sport being officiated. Sports to be officiated are softball, basketball, soccer. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. F49642-03-T-0199. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-09. This is a (100%) small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System code is 611620.
