Description: Travis AFB intents to award sole source contract to Lumunis, Inc for the following: Repair of Laser, Dermatologic (see attachment). All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Contractor must be registered in CCR at www.ccr.gov. Contractors are asked to submit their TAX ID number with their proposal. Quotes may be transmitted by email or FAX to (707) 424-0288 and are to be received at the 60th Contracting Squadron no later than 4:30 PST on 31 Oct 2003.
