Description

The 37th Contracting Squadron intends to issue under FAR Part 12 a Sole Source Award to UpToDate, Inc., 34 Washington Street, Suite 100, Wellesley, MA 02481-1903. The NAICS is 511210 and the business size is $21.0 million. UpToDate, Inc. will provide a web-base program subscription renewal for one-year period for the Wilford Hall Medical Center, Lackland AFB, TX. Period of performance will be 1 November 2003 through 31 October 2004. The proposed contract action is for which the government intends to award to one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the government will consider proposals received within 48 hours after the date of publication of this synopsis. No solicitation or request for quote is available.
