- Description
- VA Medical Center, Huntington, WV will issue a solicitation for Community Based Primary Care Services. The intent is to provide Primary Care Services by a local healthcare provider within the community. Veterans will be enrolled in the Clinic by the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Huntington, WV for one year from date of Notice to Proceed. The healthcare provider must physically be located in Logan County, WV in the city limits of Logan, WV or no more than 5 miles outside the corporate city limits of Logan, WV. This contract will include Base Year with two, one-year renewal options that can be exercised at the option of the Government.
