- Presolicitation Notice--Contractor to provide all facilities, supplies, equipment, and personnel to provide outpatient gastroenterological services and subsequent pathological services, as necessary, to veteran beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), Fayetteville, Arkansas, through the Gene Taylor Community Based Outpatient Clinic (GTCBOC), Mt. Vernon, Missouri. Contractor's facilities must be located within a 50 mile radius of the GTCBOC, 600 North Main, Mt. Vernon, MO. Solicitation documents will be available electronically at http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov on or about October 31, 2003. All requests for hard copies must be submitted in writing via fax (479-444-5031) or e-mail (laura.watts@med.va.gov). No telephonic questions will be answered, and no electronic offers will be accepted. Each offer should contain the offeror's best terms, as contract award may be based on initial offers received without discussions. Closing date for submission of proposals will be November 28, 2003 at 3:00pm central time.
