- VISN 3 Business Service Center has a requirement to furnish full service and preventive maintenance on Government owned Baxter Optifill-II Pill Counting System located at the Veterans Affairs New Jersey Health Care System, 385 Tremont Avenue, East Orange, NJ 07018.
