- The Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Aviation Systems Standards (AVN), National Aeronautical Charting Office (AVN-520), has an annual requirement for acquisition of miscellaneous large format film and chemistry supplies in support of their mission. Based upon the requiring office???s justification for single source acquisition and previous services provided under BPA DTFAAC03-A-00343, the FAA herein announces its intention to award a Standard Purchase Order to National Graphics for FY04 supply requirements at a not to exceed annual ceiling of $400,000. This notice is for informational purposes for Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: DOT, Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (SADBU), has a program to assist small businesses, small businesses owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, and women-owned concerns to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation-related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $750,000.
