- PR No: LTC03293015196; This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Windshield Panel, for a C-135 aircraft. This solicitation is for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The solicitation has a base year and four option years. There are two approved sources of supply: PPG Industries Inc (Cage 2H823) and Sierracin/ Sylmar Corp (Cage 12035). The NSN, Part Number, and Annual Estimated Quantities (AEQ) are as follows: 1560-01-048-1885; P/N 5-89354-501, Rev M; AEQ = 76 Base Year, 88 Option Years; and Maximum Qty = 120 Base Year and 176 Option Years. Delivery: FOB Origin, 82 days ARO. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue dated is on or about 20 Nov 03. The anticipated award date is 19 Dec 03. In accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), other than full and open competition applies.
