- This is a modification. This solicitation has been cancelled in its entirety. PR#: LTC03268014680, NSN 6615-00-606-0282, TUBE SLEEVE. Subject item has three approved sources, Honeywell, Cage 07187, P/N 321073; Fastenair Corp, Cage 31610, P/N 321073; Tru-Circle Aeropsace Corp, Cage 34336; P/N 321073. RFP#: SP0440-04-R-0661. Contracting Officer: Barbara Walker/804-279-2428. Issue Date: November 13, 2003, Closing Date: December 15, 2003. Subject item is non-commercial. Unrestricted. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is FOB Origin, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, 131 DARO. Subject RFP is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a Base Year and four (4) Option Years. The RFP estimated annual demand for the base year is 949 each. The estimated annual demand for each option year is 644 each. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
