- Contracting Office Address Defense Information Systems Agency, AQ, 5111 Leesburg Pike, Skyline 5, Suite 900A, Falls Church, Va. 22041-1211 Description The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) intends to issue a request for quotation for leadership development classes to support the Manpower, Personnel, and Security Directorate. The contract is anticipated for a one-year base period plus four, one-year option periods. The purpose of this training is to provide comprehensive leadership development opportunities to DISA personnel worldwide. The contractor will be required to develop, conduct and facilitate an effective learning environment using adult teaching methods. Contract performance will take place in the National Capital Region or in field locations at a DISA facility or a facility pre-established or obtained by the contractor. The contractor will be expected to provide all necessary qualified personnel, materials, and technical data for the delivery of training, and provide courses, including self-study, by open enrollment registrations in announced sessions, and by training sessions scheduled specifically for DISA. This procurement a 100% set aside for a small business including Historically Black Colleges and Universities/Minority Institutions. The contract type is expected to be indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity with firm fixed price task orders.
