Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation;proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation, H92242-04-T-1011 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-17. The associated NAICS code is 561790 and small business size standard is 500. Line Item 0001 Labor and material for cleaning olympic size pool at least three days per week and additional times as required. Daily water testing maintaining the filtration system, overseeing repairs, providing necessary chemicals to maintain clorine level of 2.0-3.0 PPM,PH level of 7.3-7.4, total alkalinity of 90-120 PPM, water temp in winter season maintained at 82 degrees for the period 1 Dec 03 thru 30 Sep 04. Pool located at Special Boat Team 20, Stennis Space Center, MS. FOB Destination to SBT22, Stennis Space Center, MS. The provision of FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial applies to this acquisition. Offerors are required to complete and include a copy of the following provision with their proposals:FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certificates-Commercial Items FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition as well as FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms & Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items.
