Description

The GSA/FTS, on behalf of the Naval Oceanographic Office, Stennis Space Center, MS. Is Re-issuing a Modification for changes in the specifications for the commercial items prepared in the previous solicitation submitted. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: Revised proposals are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number 4THF17041626 is being issued as a request for Revised Quotes (RFQ) for this modification. The Modification specification changes are for the following requirements on Clin 3 deleting original requested P/N: QDGY911905, QTY 22, ISDN TELEPHONE, adding new requirement for Clin 3 and Clin 4 new requirement, see below: CLIN 1: M4-911918, QTY 22, NERA M4 WORLDCOMMUNICATOR WITH MOBILE ANTENNA INCLUDING: -ANTENN & RF UNIT MODEM UNIT/ANTENNA CABLE (1M)/ANTENNA CABLE (1 OM) AD/DC ADAPTER (INCLUDE BOTH USA AND EUROPEAN ADAPTORS/BATTERY PACK/BASIC SOFT CASE/ISDN 2 YEAR SPLITTER USERS MANUAL (ENGLISH)/CD ROM/CERTIFICATION OF GUARANTEE/RS 232 SERIAL CABLE/P/N: 102688 ONE HANDHELD PHONE (SIEMENS GIGASET 3000 AND CHARGER. CLIN 2: QBMR101014, QTY 22, DC/DC CONVERTERS CLIN 3: P/N: QSXK9119050, QTY 27, ANTENNA CABLE 28 METER W/PIGTAILS CLIN 4. P/N: QRPM911059-1000, QTY 27, PIGTAIL CABLE FOR 28 METER ANTENNA VENDORS PROVIDING Revised QUOTES FOR THIS REQUIREMENT MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION WITH THEIR SUBMISSION: 1. Quote shall include GSA task number 4THF17041626. 2. Quote must be valid for 30 calendar days after submission. 3. New equipment only, NO remanufactured products, and NO ?gray market? items. Ensure that all items will be covered by the manufacturer?s warranty. 4. Quote per specifications requested. If an item has been discontinued or is end of life, annotate quote referencing as such then quote an equal or better replacement for the item. 5. Quote is to include all fees, including shipping or freight costs. 6. Provide on quote the estimated ETA, number of days, delivery can be expected after receipt of purchase order. 7. No partial shipments unless specifically authorized at time of award. 8. All services and products provided in response to this requirement shall comply with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. 794d) and the Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board Electronics and Information Technical (EIT) Accessibility Standard (36 CFR part 1194). Quote must include statement addressing compliance or noncompliance with Section 508. 9. Quote must include verification that the product and/or services have been evaluated and validated by the NSA or in accordance with NSA-approved processes in accordance with Defense Confidentiality DCAS-1 (see also DODI 8500.2, February 6, 2003). 10. Company must be registered on DOD?s Central Contractor Registry (CCR). Web site is http://www.ccr.gov. Quote must include proof of CCR registration. Failure to comply with the above instructions may result in quote being determined as non-responsive. Please include all requirements on quotations. No partial quotes. No substitutions. Indicate FOB destination on quote (shipping included in price). The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, applies to this acquisition. Evaluation is based on best value including past performance, cost and ability to meet service requirements. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. In addition to the guidance contained in FAR 52.212-4, contractors shall submit proof of delivery with their invoices. Proof of delivery may be in the form of a bill of lading or other shipping document signed by the receiving office. Invoices received without proof of delivery will not be accepted. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
