- NA Brooke Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, TX has a requirement for various Reagents, G-6PDH Test; Red Cell Lyse, G-6-PH CTL, Oxalate Kit, Oxlate Std, Oxalate Urine Ctl. Period of performance for the basic year is from Date of Award through 30 Sep 04 w ith four one-year options. This procurement is being conducted as a commercial item acquisiton in accordance with FAR Part 12. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. All prospective offerors are cautioned that if selected for award, they m ust be registered with the Central Contractor Registriation (CCR)Program. Award will be made on or about 07 Nov 03.
