- NA The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District, is soliciting offers under Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. W912BU-04-T-0005 for the Operation and Maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plant for the Chesapeake and Delaware Canal Project Office, Chesapeak e City, Maryland. The contract will have a period of performance for the Base Year from 1 November 2003 through 31 October 2004 and will contain 3 additional 1-year option periods. Award will be made to the lowest offeror. The RFQ will be available on o r about 23 October 2003. Contractors must register on the Internet and download the RFQ package and all amendments from the following address: https://ebs.nap.usace.army.mil on or after the issue date of the RFQ. If any contractor information changes dur ing the advertisement period, contractors are responsible to make changes to their user profile on the Internet. Failure to make changes in their user profile may cause a delay in receiving notice of the RFQ or any amendments. RFQ documents will be furni shed only on the website; hard copies will not be available. Offers will be due on 28 October 2003 at 10:30 a.m. eastern time. Offerors are responsible for printing paper copies of the RFQ. This procurement is 100% Set-A-Side for Small Business. The No rth Atlantic Industrial Classification (NAIC) for this procurement is 541611 with a size standard of $6 million. No other notification to firms for this project will be made. All contractors must be registered in the DoD??????s Central Contract Register before award as required by DFARS 204.7300 and must be in compliance with the VETS 100 reporting requirement. Instructions will be included in the RFQ.
