Description
NA CONTACT INFO: To order a solicitation, interested firms my either (1) fax requests complete with company information, shipping address, point of contact, phone number, fax number and business size to Kimberly R. Day at 509-527-7802, or (2) email requests with all of the same information to Kimberly.R.Day@usace.army.mil. The Walla Walla District??????s web page (http://www.nww.usace.army.mil/ebs.AdvertiedContracts.asp) may be used; however, it is requested that registration be confirmed with either a fax o r an email. The Government cannot guarantee a bidder will make it on the bidders mailing list if registration is complete using only the web page. DESCRIPTION: This requirement is issued as full and open to all organizations. This Contractor will provide program leadership, which includes, but is not limited to being accountable for content, delivery, and outcomes. The program involves several mee tings/conferences, regularly scheduled teleconferences, and travel to various training sites. Students must be able to earn accredited college or university credits. The Contractor will work closely with program participants, the senior manager and local steering committees. The Contractor will be responsible for assessing, tracking and reporting of program participants?????? progress. The contract will be for a base period of one year and four option periods of one year each, at the Government??????s d iscretion. The Contractor will design, develop, and administer a part-time leadership development program for ten to twelve Corps of Engineer employees during the basic year period to begin on or about 1 January 2004. The selected contractor shall be res ponsible for assessing the training needs of the employees, advising and assisting in the preparation of individual development plans, facilitating group developmental activities, counseling participants on their development, scheduling lectures, organizin g a mentoring program, overseeing team projects, coordinating site visits, and maintaining liaison with a Corps of Engineers steering committee which is responsible for the overall management of the program. North American Industry Classification System ( NAICS) code is 611430. Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 8299. Federal Supply Classification (FSC) code is U099. A small business concern??????s average annual receipts for the preceding 3 fiscal years must not exceed $5 million. This is not a request for proposal, but notice that a solicitation will be issued for this requirement. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by this agency.
