- NA The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District, CENWP-CT-S, 333 SW 1st Avenue, Portland, OR 97204 intends to place an order with Verizon Northwest Inc, 1800 41st Street, Everett, WA 98201. This procurement is for wireless phone service for seagoing hopper Dredge YAQUINA for December 1, 2003 through November 30, 2004. Service will cover all of the United States and international service for potential military reserve deployment. Statutory authority for other than full and open competition exists in 10 USC 2304 (c) (1). Firms that recognize and can furnish the required services are encouraged to identify themselves to the contracting officer for consideration in future solicitations.
