- NA This procurement will result in an award of a firm fixed price requirements type contract for McAlester Army Ammunition Plant, McAlester, OK. Item is Di-Ethylhexyl Adipate in accordance with DOD-D-23443B. The end use is for the LAP PBX explosive bombs at McAlester. The minimum quantity is 0 and the maximum quantity is 423,300 pounds. The Government has the right to award the full maximum at one time or in various quantities over a one year period. Only qualified vendors on the verified vendor list for this item will be considered for award. Instructions will be in the solicitation on how a vendor can get qualified, however, this acquisition will not be delayed in order to provide an offeror with an opportunity to meet the standards specified for qualification.
