Description

NA NOUN: TEST SET, INDICATOR, NSN: 4920-01-327-1312, P/N: 245-476854-001, QTY: 27 each, plus one 100% Options, applicable to the UH-60 Aircraft. Intended source is Canadian Commercial Corp., % CMC Electronics Inc. 600 Dr. Frederick Philips Blvd., Ville S aint-Laurent, Montreal, QC H4M 2S9 (Cage 90073). F.O.B. Origin with deliveries to Texarkana, TX., Receiving Bldg. 499, 10th Street & K Avenue, Texarkana, TX 75507-5000 and XU Transportation Officer, DDSP New Cumberland Facility, Building Mission Door 113 134, New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. Required delivery is 05 each 390 DACA. Full screening has been completed which concluded that competition cannot be improve at this time due to a lack of sources. The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. This information cannot be released outside the United States, Without Prior Approval of the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for sol icitation, however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
