- NA Provide all resources and personnel, except those specified as Government Furnished Property and services, to accomplish work necessary to perform Full Food Services at Fort Lewis, Washington. This Synopsis is a replacement for the one sent out in July reg arding DABJ25-03-R-0026. A separate synopsis will be published regarding dining facility attendant services at Fort Lewis, Washington. There are approximately two dining facilities normally serviced; however, exercises may require additional dining facil ities to be opened. This is a requirements type contract and task orders will be issued. Contract period consists of Base Period (1 April 2004 - 31 March 2005) and four one-year option periods. The proposed procurement listed here is set aside for small bu sinesses and the State licensing agency of the State of Washington under the Randolph-Sheppard Act. As detailed in the solicitation, the State licensing agency will have a priority. Interested small business concerns should, as early as possible but not later than 15 days after publication of this notice, indicate interest in the acquisition by providing to the point of contact, below, evidence of capability to perform. Concern means any business entity organized for profit with a place of business locate d in the United States, including, but not limited to, an individual, partnership, corporation, joint venture, association, or cooperative. The size standard is any concern including its affiliates with an average sales or receipts for its preceding three fiscal years not in excess of $17.5 million. NAICS Code: 722310.
