- NA The US Army Capital District Contracting Center, Fort Belvoir, Virginia intends to contract to provide strategic planning processes and sector leadership product improvement support the Defense Acquisition University (DAU). Solicitation W91QV1-04-T-0001 wi ll be available on or about November 17, 2003. The contractor will staff, and operate a Planning and Benchmarking Center for the Strategic Planning Action Group. The Center is a management technique to generate, structure, and communicate strategies, plan s, studies and other problem solutions that require integration of information across a broad cross-section of people to support decision-making and consensus building. The SPAG center at DAU will be the focal point for development of process and products related to, but not limited to, Strategic Plan, Annual Performance Plan, Annual Report, Sector Leadership, and Outreach & Communication materials. In this facility, university staff will be able to capitalize on existing knowledge and experience, to defin e requirements, develop necessary processes and procedures, and manage the change. Period of performance shall be for a base period with four (4) option years. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Business. The Standard Industrial Classification C ode (SIC) for this procurement is 8748. Size Standard is $6.0M.
