- Description
- Bolling Air Force Base intends to procure a copier machine maintenance agreement. This solicitation is set-aside 100% for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811212 and the small business size standard is $21,000,000.00. To be eligible for an award, contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). A contractor can contact the CCR by calling 1-888-227-2423 or e-mail at www.ccr.gov. All responsive small business offerors will be considered by the agency. The entire solicitation will be made available and can be obtained on the Electronic Posting System (EPS) Web Site at http://www.eps.gov. Only faxed or emailed quotations will be accepted, and quotes must include a completed copy of the provisions at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, DFARS 252.212-7000, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, name, address, cage code, DUNS number, and telephone number with its offer. Once posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to check for updates/changes to the solicitation. The Federal Acquisition Regulation clauses can be viewed at the following web site: http://farsite.hill.af.mil. The solicitation is expected to be posted 23 Oct 03.
