- Dear Valued Contractor We are excited to announce that we are finally able to offer you the opportunity to join us in the deployment of Wide Area Work Flow Receipt and Acceptance (WAWF-RA). WAWF-RA is designed to automate Commercial Invoices and Government Receiving Reports in a web based, paperless environment. WAWF-RA electronically captures and coordinates the four basic pieces of our payment process. WAWA-RA users input their invoices and receiving reports via the Internet, and are compared to contracts stored in the Defense Finance Accounting System (DFAS) - Electronic Document Access (EDA) system. Once the invoice and receiving reports are approved and processed, payment transactions are initiated via Electronic File Protocol (EFT) to the contractor?s bank account. DCMA at various locations (see below) has arranged to provide training to Contractor users of the new system. They respectfully request you and/or your representative plan to attend one of these training sessions to be conducted at Comp USA sites. You will need to contact the CompUSA Classroom POC identified on attached schedule in your geographic area to reserve a space for the training. Additional training is available on-line at <https://skyraider.slidell.disa.mil> (About WAWF-RA). There are no costs involved, registration and software are all provided FREE of charge and DCMA team will be there every step of the way if you need assistance.
