- Description
- The Government intends to award an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a basic period of performance for 365 calendar days with four one-year options. Type pricing arrangement is Firm Fixed Price. This is for non-personal services to repair, furnish and install new fencing to include chain link, cedar wood, board on board and stockade style fence; brick masonry columns with wood cedar boards on board inserts, security fencing, including all related coordinated accessories, gates, and hardware. Accomplish site work to include excavating, grading, placement of reinforced concrete pipe, sodding and miscellaneous concrete work in place. All site work is directly related to fence repair and installation. Location is Lackland AFB, Texas and all associated areas. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 238990. The size standard for a contractor is $12 million average annual revenue a year. The solicitation will be issued on an 8(a) competitive basis and restricted to the local area qualified 8(a) firms serviced by the San Antonio Small Business Administration Office. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit offers. All solicitation documents to include the initial solicitation, amendments, clarification letters and other applicable documents will be issued electronically. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be provided. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00.
