- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center at New Orleans, La is seeking request for quotations (RFQ's), for contractual services to provide a certified coder for onsite medical coding services. Qualificatins are: posses at least one of the following credentials-AHIMA,RHIT, CCS or CCS-P or RHIA as well as possesing at least two years of continuous coding experience and is able to train our staff coders, perform coding audits over all areas of operation and perform 100% review of coding data. All responsible sources must submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. Bid packages will be issued on a first come first serve basis. Proposals will be due by 4:00PM,COB, 11/06/03.Request for bid packages must be submitted in writing and may be faxed to 504-589-5289 or email to iris.ramirez@med.va.gov. Bid packages will not be faxed; faxed bids will not be accepted.
