- Description
- The VAMC Lebanon intends to award a contract for "AIR HANDLING UNIT REPLACEMENT". Work shall include provision of all labor, materials and any other items necessary to replace existing Air Handling Units and associated HVAC equipment in several buildings at the VA Medical Center, Lebanon, PA. Work will include but not be limited to site work for new equipment pads, architectural work for AHU replacement, roofing work, and a 180 square foot pump room addition. Structural work for AHU support, lead paint abatement, asbestos abatement at AHU's, piping work, and mechanical work are also part of this project. Electrical work includes branch circuits and service upgrades. All work will be in strict compliance with all applicable codes and VA regulations. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. NAICS Code is 238220, with a small business size standard of $12.0 million. Estimated construction cost is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on November 7, 2003 at the Lebanon VA. The conference will be held at 9:00AM in Bldg 18 , Rm 117. Questions regarding this project will be answered and a walk through will be conducted. This solicitation is subject to availability of funds.
